Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PlayNearby, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
3. Hosting and Joining Events
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their event details and for providing a safe environment for participants.
Players must arrive on time and adhere to the rules of the respective turf or sports facility.
4. Platform Commission
For every booking successfully processed through the PlayNearby portal, a flat platform commission of 5% per slot will be deducted from the Host's total payout. This fee only applies to participants who join and pay via the platform.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments for joining events are processed securely via third-party providers. Refunds are subject to the specific cancellation policy of the event host and the platform's general refund guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
PlayNearby shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or disputes occurring during or as a result of events organized through the platform.
